0002870: Compat_wallrun and compat_plasmabump interfere

Description

Compat_wallrun 0 with compat_plasmabump 1 allows for classic wallrun directions, compat_wallrun 1 with compat_plasmabump 0 allows for 2way wallrun(which is desired with wallrun on) with both set to 1, only allows classic wallrun. Desired effect for both set to 1 is working bumps and 2-way wallrunning.
