0002044: The connect sound doesn't play for people with cl_startasspectator 0.

Description

When a client joins the game with cl_startasspectator 0, other players won't play a connect sound on their end.

(0011221) Torr Samaho (administrator) 2015-01-02 16:43	Hmm, this was intentional since those players already trigger the spawn sound.

(0011223) Leonard (developer) 2015-01-02 17:02	I can tell from personal experience that I'm usually too far away from the spawns when someone enters or even joins the game from spectators to hear the spawn sound.
