 Can you post a link to the wad and any settings you used -- and how to reproduce it?

 After playing around on 1.3 I think it might just be a desync issue on bandwidth heavy servers. I noticed it as well while playing Shotgun Frenzy during the more heavy waves.

 I noticed this as well, on a server with only me. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to reproduce the issue; it randomly happens.

 So nobody knows of any way to reproduce this? Does anybody at least have a client side demo of this happening?
