I am not sure if it's a good idea to change this. Mods probably rely on this behavior.

What happens when you die in survival while still having lives left should be the same that happens in normal coop. Mods shouldn't rely on inconsistencies between coop and survival.

Yeah, and probably fixing this will also help fix the Drain rune and it's problems with the health bonuses.

Actually, the current behavior seems to be consistent among the game modes (I just tested coop and survival): when you respawn after dying, you lose your MaxHealthBonus. What makes you believe that you should keep it?

Well since then I've had workarounds to this, but as a boost to your stats, I think it should stay even after you die if it wasn't your last life, kind of like not loosing certain inventory items.

I see why you may want this, but since the current behavior is consistent over all game modes and has been like this most likely ever since Carn introduced MaxHealthBonus/MaxArmorBonus in Skulltag, I'd say the current behavior is intentional and not bugged.

I'll change the ticket type from bug to suggestion to reflect this.
