Summary 0001052: NOCLIP projectiles go through floors online

Steps To Reproduce 1. zandronum -file noclipprojectile_01.wad -host
2. Connect a client to the server and join the game.
3. Aim at a floor/ceiling and press +attack.

2. Connect a client to the server and join the game.
3. Aim at a floor and press +attack/altattack.
