Additional Information	Interestingly enough, my ping to said server is ~ 40 ms from Europe. Although WHOIS says the hosting company is in Africa and the RIR is AFRINIC, the server probably isn't within Africa but using its IP-address space. Newer GeoLite2 database pinpoints the IP to Russia (tested with Doomseeker 1.2~beta-180816-2126M (aafacb71daee)), which makes more sense with the ping too.
