Summary 0003457: Cameroon country flag is missing

Additional Information Interestingly enough, my ping to said server is 0000022:0000040 ms from Europe. Although WHOIS says the hosting company is in Africa and the RIR is AFRINIC, the server probably isn't within Africa but using its IP-address space.

Newer GeoLite2 database pinpoints the IP to Russia (tested with Doomseeker 1.2~beta-180816-2126M (aafacb71daee), which makes more sense with the ping too.

Caused by some Zandronum server hosted somewhere with older GeoIP in Africa, server name prefixed with "[Rocket Server]" (41.216.191.243), ports 10666 and 10662.
