When you have Berserk, press your reload key while equipped with your fists. The fists will do a knuckle-cracking animation and you will be toggled into Smash mode, where you will gib enemies instead of doing an execution animation. Sgt.Mark suggested someone should kill them self, and was a bit of a dick all round.
