0002165: Screen shaking w/ moving floors online

Description

Running over the edge of a moving floor(up and down) online causes some (prediction errors?) screen shaking. The higher your latency is the more violent the shaking is.

Steps To Reproduce

Load up the test wad.
Set up gamersproxy, the higher the ping the more noticable it is.
Press the switches to lower/raise the floor
Walk on/over the edges of the moving floor
