0000908: Windowed mode

Description

Whenever I am in windowed mode there is a border to the window, most games have a mode to remove the borders on the windowed mode, which is like fullscreen but the game reacts as windowed mode, this can be used to stream with programs such as xsplit and make alt+tab easier. I tried to move the window off the screen using alt + space but it does not work.

Steps To Reproduce

Open the game in windowed mode, Try to remove the border.
