0000894: Accent marked characters (å, ä) disappear when used in player names

Description

After typing, they're immediately visible in the Name field until you leave the Player preferences. Many others show up as a blank space normally (no entry), but the few that exist simply disappear from the Name field upon exit.

(0004133) Torr Samaho (administrator) 2012-07-29 13:05	These characters are removed from the player name intentionally since they are either not available in the font or hard to type (which makes kick voting players using them more difficult than necessary).
