0000882: Alternate Master Server Support

Description

I'm just simply suggesting to have support for alternate master servers.
This would have Doomseeker query both master servers rather than the one.
This would be handy if the main master is to go down, so then there will still be a backup fully functioning.

The alt address has already been assigned to master2.zandromum.com:15300
