Summary

0000069: Skulls do not spawn if either the Buckshot or Instagib modifiers are enabled in the Skulltag gamemode

Description

When you enable the Instagib/Buckshot modifier, the skulls do not spawn. They work in CTF/OFCTF, so it doesn't make a whole lot of sense if they don't work in the ST gamemode. This happens both online and off in 98d-r2954.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Go to a Skulltag gamemode map with ]skulltag true set. Enable Buckshot OR Instagib first.
2) Go to either the other team's skull spawn or your own.
3) They should be missing.
