Steps To Reproduce

Open skulltag in software, not full screen. Open console. Use your mouse and right click skulltag at the bottom.

If you click and hold the title bar with the left/right mouse button while in windowed mode, Skulltag "freezes" until you release the button. If you hold the title bar for 30-35 seconds, your client will time out from the server. You don't get kicked from the server though. There's simply a "waiting for server..." message displayed. However, this also happens in OpenGL mode. And I'm not so sure if this is a bug. It also "freezes" in GZDoom 323, both online and offline. But you don't time out in GZDoom though.
