0000500: People can't see my server when I launch it from IDE

Description

When I start a server from IDE, people using Doomseeker can't see it. It displays perfectly fine on IDE, but it somehow isn't displaying on Doomseeker, I tried it myself. This is VERY rare.

Steps To Reproduce

Launch a server from IDE
Go to Doomseeker
Look for it
Sometimes, you can't see it.
