0000497: [98e-r3216] Weird behavior with railguns

Description

This demo was recorded on the CoffeeNet IGPack instagib server, running r3216. The problem is most obvious in the second map, less than a minute in. Shots that should hit don't, and ones that definitely shouldn't do.

Steps To Reproduce

Unknown. AFAIK unlagged and railguns and everything have worked perfectly on r3216 before.

(0001806) Qent (updater) 2011-06-17 05:01	somethingbroke has the original demo, nounlagged was when I turned off unlagged for a bit, and morebroke has some lengthier testing. As far as I could tell, the server had unlagged enabled. Wallrunning was also enabled. Currently it's DMFlags 2644992 DMFlags2 1536 CompatFlags 524352
