0004565: Netplay issue with the "centerview" command

Description

If you have your view centered, aim very slightly up or down, and then do the "centerview" bind/command, it doesn't re-center your aim nearly any time you hit the button. I got it to happen after several seconds of mashing the key I have binded to "centerview." It seems to be fully unique to online matches and makes it somewhat difficult to line up shots perfectly in several different contexts.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Enter an online server
2. Start with perfectly centered view (like when you respawn)
3. Aim up or down a tiny bit
4. Type "centerview" in the console or press a key binded to that command
5. About 19/20 times, the command will not work
