0004363: [3.2] Spectators get stuck in coop spy unable to get out

Description

I was checking out the latest pipeline build in'https://foss.heptapod.net/zandronum/zandronum-stable/-/pipelines [^]' and noticed that spectators now somehow get stuck in coop spy mode. IF you spy on a another player with "spynext", you can't get back to your own view anymore.

Testing indicates that the ChangeCamera fixes broke it.
