Summary0004331: Let RCON users change duellimit, map, changemap, nextmap, addbot, removebot and removebots commands
DescriptionSince RCON users can change most "sv_" variables without having to type "rcon " first into the console, it would be nice to be able to use these commands as well.
I particularly use the map and bot commands most of the time when testing.

And I think the missing duellimit handling is an oversight at the moment.

 And I think being able to toggle the gamemodes would be nice as well, e.g. "deathmatch 1" without having to use "rcon " first.

I think sv_maxlives is missing the handling as well.
