Summary

0004323: Able to capture flag and earn points without players on opposing teams in OneFlagCTF

Description

This mode, just like Domination, is missing a check for whether there are players present on opposing teams before being allowed to pick up the flag.
This allows you to score before the game effectively begins.

Steps To Reproduce

1. zandronum -iwad doom2.wad -file domination_pointbug_02.wad +oneflagctf 1 +map map01
2. Join the game and notice you can pick up the flag and score despite there not being any players present on the other team.
