0003443: Player list instead of scroller when joining an MP game

Description

The suggestion is to allow the single player-like player class selection to be used in MP when joining a game.

In single player you get
"Choose class"
class1
class2
class3
class4
...etc

In multiplayer you get
Class: -scroller-
Join game

In mods where there are many player classes, players in MP have to scroll through the list to find the one they want, and many complain that "this is troublesome and it'd be easier to select from the list"

Additionally, it'd be great if this screen and the SP one would allow to keep seeing the walking animation of the character when there are a lot of classes, like it happens in hexen/mods with few classes, even if the name list is still in small text. Alongside the name, the visual aspect of the player classes (for example, in QCDE) allows easier "this is the guy i want to use"
