0000320: Ladders distorting noise (underwater sounds)

Description

When going up ladders or poles in Zombie Horde, the noise is distorted, and plays sounds as if you were underwater. I have also noticed this in a ladder on Map 7 of "asdfjkl;" by Windows 95, on the outside of the building near the altar. (I was not able to reproduce this in Ecosystem of D2duel)

Steps To Reproduce

1. Find any ladder or pole in Zombie Horde or the ladder in asdfjkl;
2. Go up it, notice the noise change.

Additional Information

I'm a complete n00b, so if I have missed something completely obvious, don't be surprised. The ladder in the picture is the ladder in asdf.
