0003134: Constant console debug spam

Description

Immediately after joining server, console is constantly flooded with debug messages like "SVC_NOTHING", "SVC_PING", "SVC_MOVELOCALPLAYER", "SVC_SETSECTORBYCOLOUR" and others.

Steps To Reproduce

Just join any server.

Additional Information

Its rather slow when everybody spectates - a few per second - and gets up to 20-30 per second when someone plays, effectively blocking any messaging at all.
