Summary

0003096: Disable obituaries

Description

Some gamemodes want to prevent obituaries from showing up (example:'https://zandronum.com/tracker/view.php?id=3093#c17365 [^]'). But the hack that is used for that still leaves an empty line in chat log and in console. There should be a flag to actually disable obituaries.
