Summary

0003081: A_ChangeFlag("DONTIDENTIFYTARGET",bool value) does not work online

Description

This is inconvenient if you want to make players switch between visible and invisible while retaining target identifying for the visible portion.

Steps To Reproduce

Load example file.
Go to offline skirmish with a bot, you cannot see their name as is the proper behavior.
Host server with file.
You can see other players' names.
