Summary

0002996: Same Player name causes many issues

Description

When players rename themselves to match the name of someone else on the server, then it is virtually impossible to distinguish the two.
This is not only annoying in general but also is abused by trolls, who join servers and spam undesired junk in the name of someone else.
Then it is impossible to remove them without kicking the real player.
Even worse, if you votekick it will kick the real player.
If you kick/ban by name from the server console it will kick both, the troll and the real player.
and if you copy the ip via right click on the name, it will copy the first player's ip, rather than the one you clicked on.
The only way to get rid of the troll is to manually copy the ip from the text window and add it to the IP bans.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Create server
2) Have player join server
3) have second player join server
4) have second player take on name of first player
5) go to server window and right click any of them and choose kick
result: both get kicked
similarly with ban.

Additional Information

Recommend to add increasing numbers at the end of players with the same name or add the ID of the player at the end to uniquely identify them.
