0002937: Weapon projectiles halting in middle of the air

Description

Tested with 2.1.2 stable version and some 3.0 previous dev build before 3.0-alpha-161030-2038, in multiplayer(TDM/DM) sometimes projectiles of some weapons (like Rocket launcher & plasma gun) halt in the middle of the air, numerous times I've encountered a projectile shot by BFG halting in middle of the air killing anyone in its vicinity, also I couldn't verify whose weapons those halted projectiles were shot by.
