Summary

0002782: Allow inspection of other player's usernames.

Description

It should be possible to inspect the logged-in username of other players. This should definitely be possible by those with RCON access, but I also think that _any player_ should be able to do this as well, in order to combat namefakers.

If other people disagree with the latter portion, perhaps there could be compromise serverside CVAR that allows/disallows other players from inspecting, or maybe even a clientside setting to turn on username privacy for just you (although admins could still see through it).
