0002673: Feature disable the Coop Info Hud at modder's discretion

Description

Had an interesting convo in #zamapping about this, it seems there are a lot of mods that use ConsoleCommand to force cl_drawcoopinfo off.

I suggest a feature (maybe mapinfo?) to allow mods to force coopinfo from ever showing, instead of having mods modify player's configs directly.
