Summary | 0002638: Player prediction: desync when sliding on walls. |
Description | The client mispredicts its player position while running into a wall and sliding along it with a very slight angle. |
Steps To Reproduce | -host a server with the attached test wad (prdict3.wad)
-join said server with an emulated ping of 200 or more
-do not look away
-slightly press +forward
-the player position will desync and kind of shake/jitter as a result |
Additional Information | Happens both in 2.1.2 and 3.0. |
