0000252: Playing doom 2 DeathMatch gives you double ammo no matter what.

Description

Just play doom 2 deathmatch ONLINE no pwads and it gives you double ammo.
I tried using sv_defaultdmflags and it STILL doesn't work. It always gives me double ammo, even if dmflags, dmflags2, dmflags3, and compatflags are at 0.

Please fix this, its ruining gameplay.

(0000779) user35 2010-12-30 20:52	have you also checked your difficulty? if is first or last, it will give you double ammo

If it doesn't work for you, please tell me exactly how to reproduce this (and double check that both of the CVARs I just mentioned are false).
