Summary

0002495: "Enable Mouse" setting ignored

Description

Setting "Enable Mouse" to No does not disable mouse functionality in-game.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Go to Mouse Menu
2) Set "Enable Mouse" to No
3) Back out to gameplay
4) Move mouse around
5) Mouse input still affects the game.

(0013990) WaTaKiD (updater) 2015-12-13 22:11	turns out this was a bug in zdoom 2.5.0 but was fixed later and zan 3.0 has this fix and thus works correctly
