0002443: NEw function for Crouch button

Description

Hellow, I would like to know if it's possible to make crouch button lower the altitude for flying classes (like ghouls in GvH or mech in AOW2)when the crouch function is desabled that could help a lot, I get that idea from the jump button that already raises the altitude for flying classes.
