0002335: A_Saw lifesteal attack desync online

Description

If a player manages to gain health from a suitable A_Saw attack, clients would not be informed of the new player's health.

(0013480) Ru5tK1ng (updater) 2015-09-11 02:29	I ran the above chainsaw example online with 3.0-alpha-150831-1814. The client seemed to update consistently and correctly.
