0002290: browsing for iwad with fresh config doesnt work

Description

once u browse to the folder with ur iwads, it will instead say no iwads found

ive narrowed it down to these 2 builds from 'zandronum-merge-experiments'

this one has the issue:'https://www.dropbox.com/s/uojo560wsw5apud/zandronum-150426-1102-b15341d-windows.zip?dl=0 [^]'

this one works fine:'https://www.dropbox.com/s/w3f3zvlz7da7hud/zandronum-150426-1037-066ffd4-windows.zip?dl=0 [^]'

Steps To Reproduce

extract a build linked above
run zandro.exe
browse to iwad folder
error if using b15341d
