Summary0002206: Space to join doesn't work anymore
DescriptionIt seems that in the 3.0 branch, you cannot press space to join anymore.

I have a hunch that this is because of MENUDEF, which means it's on me to figure this out...

 Yes, it's because of MENUDEF. "Space" just opened the join menu, which doesn't exist in MENUDEF yet. See my "FIXME" comment in g_game.cpp.

 WaTaKiD noted that the team option doesn't have colors anymore. I should see if I can address that.
