0002131: Backport GOD2 and BUDDHA2 cheat codes

Description

Introduced in ZDoom b980069, these two cheat codes work just like GOD and BUDDHA retrospectively, except the player cannot die, at all. Not even through Voodoo Dolls being telefragged. Would come in handy for testing out stuff.
