0000211: Old bug that came back to life... Where Player Joins, and the Console Icon will get stuck on there head

Description

yes I know, this bug was fixed.. but now it seems to come back to haunt us all... But srsly, its rather annoying to kill someone while this bug occurs, as you will get a llama Medal for it, and the annoying Goat Sound.

I have no clue how this happens, and it happens at random.

Steps To Reproduce

I don't have any clue how to reproduce as this happens at complete random. I think it happens when a player checks the console real quick.

Additional Information

Not sure what else to put here so... We all know what the icon looks like.

Too bad I cannot edit my own report, but from his post, it happens. so... EDIT: so any word on this yet Torr? I know its kinda not game breaking but, it makes any sort of dm annoying to me.
