Summary0001812: Hexen does not properly play "TICK" on startup
DescriptionI noticed that Hexen isn't correctly playing the TICK sound on startup. It temporary delays it's sound until it is done loading. This doesn't happen in 1.2 or 1.3.

 It still happens in the latest verison of zandronum. I couldn't reproduce this in zdoom 2.7.1.

 For things that work in 1.2, but not in 2.0, the most important question is whether it happens in GZDoom 880.

 I tested this in r140706-0717 and the bug appears to have vanished. I'll re-open this if I see otherwise.
