0001781: Wadseeker - use idgames API instead of its websites

Description

idgames client in Wadseeker has just stopped working due to a change in idgames web page. We should use a more stable API instead:

'http://www.doomworld.com/idgames/api/ [^]'

(0008600) Zalewa (developer) 2014-04-17 18:27	- Use idgames archive public API instead of parsing its HTML pages when searching for WADs. - Renamed idgames URL key in config so that it gets reset for all users to the idgames public API URL.
