0001446: Add a gamemode flag to disable teamkill messages

Description

Can we please get a gamemode flag to disable teamkill messages and instead give proper weapon obituaries for 1.2? Reason being some mods use survival for PVP and have to turn off kill messages altogether.

(0006917) Dusk (developer) 2013-08-06 15:04 edited on: 2013-08-06 15:05	The real problem here is that the mods are using survival to begin with, which was meant to be PVE, not to be abused for PVP. Why exactly cannot LMS, which is actually designed to be PVP, be used?

(0007022) Catastrophe (reporter) 2013-08-14 05:49	Because, wins in LMS are completely dumb, playercount(); returns 2 when the winner is declared for no reason, and you cannot have level endings. (Kind of like whodunit).
