0001365: Allow Mac OS X to copy/paste text in console/chat

Description

Not being able to copy/paste makes the default BestEver passwords a pain, for one. I was laughed out of the channel once, because they thought I didn't know how to do it, lol. …Uh, unless I really don't. Command-c/command-v do nothing but type the respective letter.

It happens in ZDoom, both 2.5.0 and 2.7.1, not GZDoom however. The code seems to be correct everywhere, but the way SDL (?) handles hotkeys for an app on OS X is quite, well, you see.
