Summary0001076: Newly connected clients are not informed of the inventory of other clients
DescriptionClients aren't informed of the inventory of other clients when connecting to the server, or after map changes.
Steps To Reproduce1. zandronum.exe -file teleporterbeacon_01.wad -host
2. Connect client A to the server and join the game with client A.
3. Connect client B to the server and coop spy on client A with client B.
4. "changemap map01" in the server console.
5. Coop spy on client A with client B.
