0000094: backport 'P_NowayTraverse' fix from ZDoom r1986

Description

This is something that I've been noticing for a while now in Skulltag. It was introduced in 98a. 'DSNOWAY' is triggered from 128 map units instead of 64, the proper value.

Made an example WAD.
