0000587: Have a feature where you can stop people (or one individual) from coop-spying you.

Description

This is an idea I've had for quite a while now. Having this can take the pressure off when you're playing, as somebody may be irritating you, saying "You're bad at this" etc. You can configure a button if you want nobody to F12 you. It could just be one person. If so, there should be a F12-block person selection list near "Ignore Player". (Or of course, you may just not want anyone to see your shortcuts/secrets).
