0004570: Proper Widescreen TITLEPIC support

Description

Could just be a weird problem somewhere with my setup, or some obscure option I am missing.

In my testing, 16:9 TITLEPICS aren't adjusted to fill the screen.

Steps To Reproduce

If placed in the GRAPHICS folder within a .PK3, the sides of the TITEPIC get cut off by pillarboxing.

If placed in the HIRES folder of a .PK3, the TITLEPIC gets squished between the pillarboxes.

(0024608) HellBlade64 (reporter) 2025-10-31 07:13	Same thing. In Graphics folder, TITLEPIC gets cut off on the sides by pillarboxing. In hires, it gets squished between pillarboxing. The TITLEPIC and CREDPIC are 1920x1080 images. So there should be no issue.
