Summary0003269: Bad grammar in master server error: "not enough time has past"
Descriptionsrc/core/serverapi/masterclient.cpp has a line that says "not enough time has past", but it should say "not enough time has passed".
Steps To ReproduceStart Doomseeker rapidly enough to hit throttle limits for master server responses. You should get an error like following:

[20:33:17] Error: Master server for Zandronum: Could not fetch a new server list from the master because not enough time has past.
