0002807: Bot colour codes are ignored in offline skirmish menu.

Description

Hi,

In the new offline skirmish menu, bot name colours are ignored if you have them defined in BOTINFO. They appeared correctly in previous versions.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Download the file below.
2. Enter the Offline Skirmish menu and try to select the bot "testman".
3. Their name will appear incorrect.
