0002727: "Filter" and "Specie" parameters missing on some decorate functions.

Description

I've been wanting to use the "filter" and "species" parameter for functions like A_killmaster/A_Killchild and A_Radiusgive for special weapons function a multiplayer mod i am working on, and these features doesn't appear to be currently available.
(As a side note, the SXF_SETMASTER flag for A_spawnitemex would help ALOT as well)

Thanks anyway for the reply. Just sucks cause its ANOTHER multiplayer project i have to put in the garbage bin.
