0002304: Changemus network stream freezes Zandronum and often drops connection

Description

If you try to changemus to an audio stream, it seems that Zandronum tries to download the song all at once, which causes Zandronum to come to a complete stop for about 5 to 10 seconds until the song is downloaded. If you're on a server it also results in a severe lag spike that can drop your connection from the server. I'm unsure of what the problem might be, as I don't know how audio streaming works. Maybe have it buffer to prevent this from happening.
